In some way, there is a co-creation: Nature in all of its beauty and my interpretation. This experience gives me a great joy of painting along with humility next to God’s majesty. Surfing brings this appreciation to an entirely new level; being able to interact directly with Nature. The materials I use, primarily oils, continue to vary depending on the character of expression. At the same time the fascination and hope of what I experience is solidified in my mind. *********** Alexis Cuozzo was born in Red Bank, grew up in Colts Neck, and lives in Bradley Beach, NJ with her husband, Patrick.
